  4. don't tells goans it is not coconut jeggary.it is sugarcane jeggary.and for flavoured put cardamom powder. goan always used fresh coconut not desiccated coconut.

  7. I stay in Tiswadi taluka Goa and we call it Mooganchem godshem . I never saw that rice is added to it . We never prepared with rice . I asked my friend from south if they use rice , he said yes . Now I will also try your recipe . Thanks for sharing .
